The Artists Project

I am sorry I came to this series from The Metropolitan Museum of Art so late (but happily I can binge on it on YouTube). The Met has invited artist over the past four season to speak about favorite pieces of art in the museum collection. The episode below with Wayne Theibaud, is worth about two college credits in my book.


By comparison, here is an iconic example of Theibaud's own work:

Ooh awesome! Just watched a bunch. Good way to introduce myself to unknown artists of today too.
