Enjoyed my annual judging duties today at NYS History Day in Cooperstown. This year I helped judge MS Group Documentaries, while an ACS colleague helped judge HS Web Pages. Documentaries within our section included the following titles: 1) The Vietnam war: The Vietnamese Perspective, 2) Martin Luther King, Jr., 3) The Kalmar Union, 4) Florence Nightingale: the Angel in White, 5) Jacob Riis: America's Most Useful Citizen, 6) Coming Out of the Shadow of the Great Depression, and 7) The Lenin Legacy: Reform.
