By using the precedent of the 19th century plaster cast tradition, Cosmo Wenman makes a compelling argument for museums and institutions to share their high-quality scans of artwork and artifacts. It is a very well-constructed perspective; one that I would think museums would have a hard time mounting an argument against. (I nod to my source for this video.)
