After reading an article in the Chronicle of Higher Education, I posted a link to the U.S. department of Education's College Scorecard site on the Student page of our school web site. It is designed to offer a less intimidating introduction to the college-search process. While its streamlined results may lack depth and breadth, I think it succeeds in providing a more accessible first look at colleges.
