Yesterday the LOC unveiled a new site to help follow the legislative process, http://beta.congress.gov/.
There are videos and audios of that process in the right sidebar.
Selecting a bill brings you to a summary, the entire bill, sponsors, and a helpful series of arrows to illustrate where it is in the process.
