Creating something from nothing includes an uncertain period where the enthusiasm of the idea moves from something with wings to something with teeth. For us, that transition involves grouping ideas and tasks, prioritizing them, establishing some dates and deadlines, and all the while keeping our mission statement in mind to guide our actions by its purpose.
Another important catalyst at this time is the trust we cultivated during our brainstorming. That same trust needs to carry us through this time between dreams and tasks.
We are on the right path, even if it is not entirely clear at the moment.
