I have been working with our 7th grade Health Living class that past week or so to storyboard and create a video about how we discriminate against each other.
We drew and captioned each "scene"on a seperate sheet of paper so that we could easily change and move it within our whiteboard sequencing board. When we decided on a final order, we numbered them, then used them to build our film on iMovie.
We shot necessary images, rewrote captions, and supplied voiceovers as a group. We also critiqued and trouble-shot our work as a group which raised the level of our collaborative expectations.
We were pleased with the level and quality of overall student participation.
