The image of "change" enshrined

The iconic image of Barack Obama as created by street artist Shepard Fairey is now in the permanent collection of the National Portrait Gallery. Mr. Fairey speaks about how his story as an unknown grass roots artist is as much as story of "change from the bottom up" for art as the president's own journey.
