I had a nice response from our high school art teacher when I requested artwork for a library exhibit. This morning I hung the show, created labels, designed and posted handbill, ran a banner photo on the school's homepage, and linked a front page headline to the gallery of photos I snapped and posted.
No extra work for the teacher who wanted to celebrate and recognize student achievement, a wonderful creative challenge for me, and an opportunity for us all to recognize a perhaps unknown facet of the students around us.
Try me.
