As a follow-up to the “Uncommon Approaches to the Common Core” conference that I attended in Binghamton on March 14th, it is promising
to see a Museum Education Act
being formulated to develop the school/museum relationships that
occupied much of the discussion among attendees. It reinforces the
notion that
libraries, as well, should cultivate and welcome exhibits because those
experiences are more instrumental to learning than ever before.
