Common Read

Kicked off our Common Read program last week with Winter World. Have fourteen takers so far for our twenty copies; a nice range of students and staff, too. Started a bulletin board in the library to share observations of the book and of nature, etc.

One student brought in examples of winter adaption in the form of tails from long-tailed weasels that he had trapped!

Also set out a display nearby of related nature classic, guides, and coffee-table books.
