My Day

Shared animated graphic piece in the New York Times with in-house student illustrator.

Shared GeoGebra site with ACS Math Chairperson.

Posted Spirit Week graphic on the ACS home page. Nice reception for it. Might try a version with student"heads" on the knights!

Read "The Genes You Can't Patent" in NY Review. Enjoyed how metaphors and analogies are employed by attorneys and justices to clarify, challenge and support arguments.

Set a copy of a NY Times article about Black Widow spiders out on my display table.

Recommended the Modern Library Chronicles series to visiting Social Studies student teachers.

Updated some end-cap displays with new arrival books.

Documented Middle School students creating their Spirit Week window!

Made my first entry on my annual ACS Sports Fan library page.

Set up a laptop/projector for school board retreat in the library this evening.

Started to photograph unfinished chess games in the library so that players might finish them at a later date. If you are white, what's your next move?
