Footnote to history

A colleague shared a copy of the September 11, 1941 Glens Falls Times with me. I am going to scan some articles for him that he will use to support his World War II lectures. What caught my eye, however, was an incidental 2-inch blurb buried on page 16; a monumental classic about to launch on September 13th: Citizen Kane.
