TED: A borderless world

This is a great TED video that features the analysis, synthesis, and visualization of our past and future geopolitical worlds (The speaker makes a compelling argument that developing infrastructure may diffuse many "hot-spots" in our world. I also like that he speaks of history as not so much "repeating itself" as "rhyming" with the past.). A great example for students to see how overlapping disciplines; geography, economics, social studies, and environmental science are called upon to substantiate a point-of-view.
