The New York Times ran a graphic in their Op-Ed to illustrate the way that traders on the Mercantile Exchange communicate amounts through ingenious hand signals.
I'm wondering if these same hand signals might not be helpful/fun in a math lab to practice addition and subtraction "across the room."
