At 8:00, I escorted the regional small business manager from NBT bank to Mr. Dickinson’s Economics class. I had suggested some outside experts to supplement his small business unit and had set up the visit for him.

The anti-tobacco ad that I had worked on with the MS Health class appeared on the WACS-TV morning announcements. Yesterday I had burned a DVD of the iMovie for both the instructor and the broadcast. Also posted a streaming version to the MS News page of the school web site.

Located a last-minute-need projector from an already-loaned classroom for a rescheduled classroom speaker.

Posted the Senior of the Month photograph that I took for the Guidance Office yesterday on the NEWS page of the school web site this morning.

Shared a copy of a NY Times article with the Elementary Principal about the repercussions of televisions located in the bedrooms of school-aged children.

Followed through on an email from a teacher who was interested in a podcast link forwarded by a colleague. I located the podcast and loaded it onto one of our new MP3 players for her to use in class.

Located architectural drawings of ACS for a MS student who is interested in creating a 3D rendering of it using Google SketchUP. I introduced him to it yesterday, he stayed after school to experiment with it further, and we agreed to work towards a rendering that we could place on Google Earth.

Used new USB microphone to record a poem in iMovie to supplement the text-version on this blog. Happily the quality will enable us to encourage student-created audio for podcasts.
